No start on 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid

    2011 HYUNDAI SONATA HYBRID

    I bought this used and not running. When you press the button to start the vehicle it doesn't ever say ready. I was wondering if this could possibly be the power relay assembly?
    Help me if you can

     Have you checked the main battery if its fully charged..........?

    No, it's not charged. I ran jumper cables to the battery to read the codes, and the hybrid
    battery is showing to be at 19%.

    I was told that it had ran hot, but there is no sign of the gas motor running hot in fact the scanner reads as being good

    No, this is a learning experience with me and this maxisys elite because it's only my
    second scanner and the first only told me a few codes so any help will be greatful.
